Registration or purchase to use The EKG Guy content provides the user with a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license and right to use and access the content on this website as described in the registration or purchase terms. Registration or purchase permits only one individual to access the content by using their unique login information from any location.

Your rights to that purchased material will end at that time unless you renew. Any violation, or suspected violation, can end with immediate termination of access.

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the service on this website alone (i.e., does not include other resources by The EKG Guy, Inc. or its contributors), we will refund any payment if you have attempted less than three practice questions, you request a refund in writing within 7 days of your payment, AND it has been reviewed and approved by The EKG Guy team. If all of these terms are met, you can request a refund by contacting our support team at support@theekgguy.com. The EKG Guy, Inc. is not liable to you or any other party for incidental or indirect damages. This includes the failure to earn a certificate or pass an exam, loss of data or profits, or removal to use the website’s material. At no point should The EKG Guy, Inc. or its contributors be liable for any damage or loss to the user or any party that exceed the fee to gain access to site’s content and term agreed upon at registration or payment.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We will never share or sell your personal information to any third-party group outside of The EKG Guy, Inc. Personal information provided via payment is secured with Stripe or PayPal. Any data collected from the website used for research purposes will not include any personal information and only be used to evaluate and improve our training material for your benefit.
